Unit 3 - Realities of war

The documents in this unit give an insight into the impact of war on individuals. It could be argued that victory came at a high price.

Since WW2, nations have acted together to try and prevent the recurrence of such pain, suffering and death but has this been successful? Have lessons been learned? What value does society place on life today? Can war ever be eradicated? Is it right or wrong?
